At Voss, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase when it’s presented with an established proof of purchase and in saleable condition. Simply follow the guidelines below:
Returns are eligible for a full merchandise price refund if returned within 30 days with a receipt.
Returns will have a return shipping charge deducted from your refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit gourmet, monogrammed or personalized items.
We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.
For all returns, merchandise must be presented in saleable condition; established proof of purchase is required.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE?
Due to the pandemics impact on USPS and other carriers, Voss offers Route Shipping Insurance at checkout. If you decide to opt out of the shipping insurance, Voss is no longer responsible for replacing any lost/stolen packages. PLEASE get the shipping protection, mail is wild right now, and we want everyone to be able to receive their orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All International Order is final sales, no return or exchange.
If you do not pay your customs fees and your order comes back to us, the item will be refunded, but the shipping can not.
